Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment to assist in construction and maintenance projects.

Duties:
- Operate heavy equipment such as graders, backhoes, loaders, and tankers
- Perform tasks including digging, building, paving, and grading
- Safely operate equipment according to company guidelines and industry standards
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete assigned tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project execution
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols

Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment operation
- Proficiency in operating specific equipment such as graders, backhoes, loaders, and tankers (Caterpillar experience is a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of sitting, standing, and operating heavy machinery
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
